· I agree to disclose any medical conditions my child has to an Our Littlies sleep consultant.
· I agree to check with my health care professional if my child does have any medical conditions and may prevent them from being sleep trained safely prior to starting sleep training with Our Littlies sleep consultants.
LEGAL NOTICE: Under no circumstance will Elle Hollins be liable to you for any claims, losses, injury or damage as a result of reliance on the information provided. Although the Information given has had all attempts made to be verified and made accurate the information provided is used at own risk and Elle Hollins does not assume responsibility for errors, omissions, or contrary interpretation of the subject matter within the consultation.
PAYMENT: I agree to pay for consultation when making a booking. Bookings will not be approved and confirmed until payment has been received. If payment has not been received then I am aware my booking will be cancelled and another client can take my spot.
REFUND POLICY: Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to consultation schedule date will be refunded 50% of the fee. Cancellations prior to 48 hours 100% will be refunded.
· Add on bed time boost will be exempt from the above refund policy allowing for cancellations less than 12 hours prior to consultation schedule date will only be refunded 50% of the fee. Cancellations prior to 12 hours 100% will be refunded
